This webinar will be hosted by the cybersecurity@berkeley Admissions team, and I School faculty member, Professor Daniel Aranki, who teaches Privacy Engineering in the MICS program. During this session, Professor Aranki will discuss:

  • The Privacy Engineering course and how it applies to the MICS program’s learning objectives and core curriculum focuses
  • Technical aspects of privacy in the new age of statistical inference
  • How the I School at UC Berkeley uses a project-based approach to learning and encourages a pragmatic application of a variety of different tools and methods to prepare graduates to be leaders in the field of cybersecurity
